Our Employees
Both safety and quality are very important to us. All employees have a background check completed. Each of our employees receives specialized training about cleaning chemicals and their proper usage. We also use a hazard communication program in compliance with federal regulations, so that our employees can identify and properly deal with hazardous materials in the workplace.
All of our employees work side-by-side with on-site supervisors until a complete understanding of the job is achieved. To ensure quality control, we insist on a demonstration of job responsibilities and procedures. Our employees are neat in appearance and wear company uniforms with picture identification. Our goal is to hire quality staff, and through efficient maintenance programs provide service of the highest standard.
